We loved this hotel! It made our experience in Sa Pa much more special. The pool was fairly cold the first day we were there but the second day it was perfectly warm. Our room was clean and well decorated as was the entire hotel. We also had a great dinner in their restaurant one night and had breakfast in the morning which were both delicious.

Location is great as it’s right at the city center so most food places are walkable. Hotel interior is beautiful with lots of effort put into the decor and set up. Room and bed is clean and super comfy! Staff is also extremely friendly and helpful, especially Toan who did not hesitate to give us food recos around the area and even volunteered to give us a room tour to intro the facilities :) love his hospitality! Thanks Toan and all the hotel staff :)

We had an amazing couples massage, Mo was fantastic and I think it was the best massage I have ever had. The room was really beautiful, the treatment started with a hot herbal bath followed by a 60 minute massage. My husband had Mai and his massage was excellent all round. Prior to this we used the swimming pool and the attendant was really thoughtful, passing us towels when we got out of the pool. The ambiance of this place is amazing, a beautifully decorated art deco hotel which feels luxurious. I would highly recommend the hotel and spa.

The design of the hotel is very posh, the check in was fuss free and the room is very spacious. The breakfast buffet also has a good spread of choices mainly asian n western food. Lastly,we tried the Nuages Spa within the hotel, level 07.Mo & team were very professional n detailed to help us with the Spa facilities. The place is also spacious and clean, the price is reasonable for hotel massage, strongly recommend it.Thank you for the hospitality.
