We stayed here very recently, checked out yday morning. This review is as fresh as it can be . Only and only big plus for this property is the staff and what they do to take care of you. Staff and the service is the only reason to give it the stars that I have given them. Rooms lacks basic facilities no heather in the room, king bed with plug points right behind the pillows first and only hotel where I saw this . Staff was prompt to offer us a room change but then one would question how can there be plug point behind the headrest/ pillow. In terms of charging points study table has no plug point. Place where kettle is placed there is no plug point. Chair for the study table is so low that you would almost always stand and work or do any work. If there would be no extension cables you cannot charge more than two devices at the same time. Only and only thing that we liked here is the staff but from a basic facility point of view Hotel Amazing needs a basic uplift.. hope somebody is taking note of the same

We recently stayed at Amazing Sapa, it was a comfortable hotel with AMAZING views of the valley. The hotel staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good... only disappointing thing was they allowed guests to smoke on the balcony during breakfast times so it was a pretty gross smell whilst you were trying to eat.

Very nice and clean hotel with a great view on the mountains. The staff at the reception is very friendly and helpfull and always have a smile on their faces. The rooms are good and comfortable with a nice bathroom. The breakfast is local/continental. Situated near the main street with all the restaurants and shops, perfect location!
