Excellent location, 2 mins to station. Excellent hotel for solo traveller. Reception team are all excellent, extremely helpful. Very good breakfast buffet, Modern rooms, very comfortable. Highly recommend.

This hotel is excellently located very close to the train station, with bars, restaurants, and shopping just outside the door. Rooms are small, but a great value for Annecy. We got one of the few rooms with a small balcony, which was wonderful. Staff is great. Parking is a couple blocks away in a garage, however they give you a ticket for the machine that credits you from the early evening to early morning, saving €8-10 euros or so. Overall great experience.

We loved this hotel for our short stay in Annecy! The location, the cost and the room were all great! Staff was friendly and the breakfast option at the hotel was a nice perk!

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. My room was basic, small, a little dated but clean. I did see another room which was a little more money and that was much nicer so if I return I’ll go for an upgraded room instead of the Eco. The staff were very friendly and helpful especially the lovely man on the desk of nighttime from St Lucia he helped me with train times, places to go late at night etc. There is a lovely lounge and breakfast area on the reception level with a tea and coffee making machine. I was worried as I approached the hotel on arrival as it doesn’t look so smart from the exterior but don’t let that put you off as it is an excellent location just over the road from the train station which was handy for me travelling from Geneva Airport and also in a fab location for Annecy old town. Beware if steps leading up to the reception area on the first floor from there there though is a lift for one person and a suitcase at a time. Make sure you visit the market, hire an electric bike to ride around the lake and hire a boat for a different view. Annecy is a jewel in France’s crown, beautiful!
