The room was ok, spacious enough. They had a nice nespresso coffee machine, but they refilled used capsule, which was quite awful. The private parking was a plus!

Great option as a base if you're exploring the area, clean hotel with gated parking off-street. Clean and tidy rooms and friendly staff that speak good English. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice and more than enough seating. Just a couple of minutes from the Lake Annecy waterfront which is brilliant. Only about 20-25 minutes' walk to the heart of the town in addition.

Tiny room, couldn’t fit luggage inside and could just about walk around the bed. Had to take the chair out of the room to make space more manageable. Dusty with webs.

At arrival there was no one to open the gates for us. Somehow my brother got inside and turns out there was someone at the reception but decided not to pick up after we called 2 times. There is absolutely not enough parking space. Parking was completely full when we returned at the hotel. For the rest the hotel is fine. Clean rooms and bathroom. Breakfast room is clean too and nicely decorated.

The promised free parking is not free and when we tried to park the code did not work and the reception did not respons using the reception button at the gate or our mobile call. After several retries 15 min later we got the right code without apology. When we wanted to park again later in the evening there was no place left. Realy annoing since the whole area around the hotel is verry crowded and there is no free parking place to find in the near environment.
