Having read all the negative comments before my stay, I went there with a bad feeling and very low expectations. To anyone who is going to stay there or is unsure whether or not to book, I would say go for it. Is it a five star hotel? No. But the rooms were clean, not too noisy (although the doors close really loudly), the beds were comfortable, the people working there friendly and our neighbours not too noisy, except for hearing their steps on the stairs or when they talked really loudly. For the excellent price it is a bargain. I would come back and recommend it to my friends.

The only good thing un this hotel is the Location. The room’s walls are like smoke paper... Yo can hear everything, every conversation, every step, every flush of the WC... It's quite annoying and difficult to sleep. Rooms are super small and recepcionist are not nice at all. The give you the key, charge you taxes and that's all... Not even a smile.... So much money per night per such a cardboard box for sleeping. I am very annoyed I paid almost 100€ per night for that...

Do not stay here if you actually want to sleep. Honestly this is worse than staying in a hostel. Walls are so thin you can hear everything on the street and in the hotel. Front desk people scam you out of money as well. Charged us 5 euros per person per day as a tourism tax. I googled this and that amount is not legal to charge but they did it anyway. Pillows feel like sleeping on a sack of bricks. I think a piece of wood would be more comfortable. Bathroom is designed really poorly. After you take a shower the whole room reeks of mildew and mold. I have stayed in a lot of budget hotels in many countries but this has been the worst. Look elsewhere if you want to enjoy your time in Paris.
