The first hotel for our French honeymoon in November last year!❤️ It was convenient to have a subway station, a mart, and restaurants nearby. The room had a terrace and it was very warm and nice❤️ The staff was friendly and the breakfast was delicious, but the room and shower were too small and uncomfortable.

I travel by bus. This hotel is close to the bercy seine bus station. Cleanliness is very good. I am really satisfied. Room size is enough. King bed not two single bed combined. The price is very reasonable. France is the best. I recommend people to stay at this hotel. The staff is very polite. I arrive one hour early than check in time. He allow me to check in without hesitation. The environment is clean.

Room outdated, unpractical even for 2 adults. Not enough space to store luggage. Check in dreadful, unpleasant and no warm welcome at all. Request via booking interconnected room as we were traveling with kids however we could not have one so we compromise to have a room next to each other and yet receptionist did not block the appropriate room so again we have to wait a bit longer to finally check in in the second room. Reception team really need to be train with welcoming guest better!

The rooms and bathrooms are extremely small. Other than that, everything else is very nice. The location is perfect, 2 minutes from the nearest metro station. The lively Bercy Village market with great restaurants / cafes is also a 2 minute walk away. The staff is helpful and the buffet breakfast is fairly good too. I recommend it if guests are ok with small sized rooms.

The neighborhood is great, quiet, close to stores, restaurants and markets. As soon as we arrived, we had 2 conjunctive rooms and both showers had the drains clogged and the water was coming in the bedrooms and my daughters shower door was broken. Reception was on it quickly but the maintenance guy did not fix the problem and did not speak English and was rude. Finally one of the best receptionist, a Chinese young guys helped us tremendously every time we needed and got the job done by himself. I did not get his name but he is was a savior. THANK YOU. Breakfast is delicious except for the hostess who is an old grumpy host that YELLS , yes YELLS at the us. We were there for days and would just give the number of our room and have breakfast and on the third day, he asked for a paper card ( no one from the reception told us we must present it) and when we did not present it he got furious, he actually turned red and was cursing and calling us savages in French. TERRIBLE. I actually didn’t want to see his f…c…g face anymore. Did not see him on the nest days of our stay so I hope he was fired, it was really not acceptable. If the shower works and the guy from the breakfast is not there anymore I would definitely be back. Also the rooms are very small but clean
