I stayed at this hotel for about 1 week and had a great experience overall. The staff at the front desk is helpful and speak multiple languages. Cleaning service was great and room was spacious. I didn’t spend much time inside the hotel (too many fun things to do in Nice!), but when I did, it was positive. Many people suggest staying in Old Nice, but I enjoyed this location and it is a nice walk to nearby attractions. I didn’t try the breakfast because in my opinion there are so many options nearby, but if you are in a rush then it might be worth it. My only suggestion for improvement is the bathroom. There was clear water damage on the ceiling and no fan to help reduce humidity after showering. I noticed after taking a bath that the paint bubbled up more. This is a health and safety hazard.

We booked this hotel for a weekend and couldn't be happier. The location is great, close to the sea and the city center and it's still in a quiet area. The rooms are very nice, big and clean and we had some great view from the balconies. Reception was friendly and helpful with recommendations and breakfast was good as well. I have nothing bad to say and would stay here again anytime.

I don't feel good about posting a negative comment but the error of the hotel is unforgiving. We arrived at the hotel at 9pm just to be informed that due to a system problem our reservation was lost. The receptionist was very friendly and tried to find a solution ( as we were three they proposed adding a bed in a standard room for one night and organize other solutions for the other two nights) but eventually we were able to find another accommodation though nowhere near 4 star standard. I can't say for the quality of the rooms.
