Small sized intimate hotel in the Marais area, but easy to get around via metro (especially if you have Google navigation). Has a small lift in case you have heavy suitcases, but not too long to wait as not too many rooms. Bed & pillows were comfortable. Windows also open so you feel like can experience it like a local. The rooms are bright & light, bathroom is large with rain shower + hand held with great water pressure. We visited during an unexpected hot couple of days so extra bonus for air-conditioning. Old fashioned door locks which require a key but you hand in the key on leaving & pick up on the way back in. Lovely bistros nearby and boulangerie galore!

Delightful hotel with pleasant rooms and nice 24 hour service; air conditioning much appreciated w temps in the 90's ! Wonderful location for great walking around Marais and then on to Notre Dame and other areas. Breakfast excellent w especially good scrambled eggs. Enjoy.

Very good nice and clean hotel. Located in a great location, in the marais quarter. Very close (less than 5 minutes) to 2 metro stations, and to many great coffee shops and restaurants. The rooms are modern, very clean and contain all the amenities needed. The staff is very welcoming, smiley and knows perfect english.

Dirty room, dysfunctional shower, poor management. I cannot in good conscience recommend this hotel. I stayed in 102 for the first night. There was trash in the bathroom trash can, the shower had black mold on the ceiling, and the shower drain was clogged causing water to spill onto the bathroom floor. I told management, who did take out the trash and looked to see if there was anything to pull out of the drain, but there was no obvious reason for the water to back up. I was told the cleaning staff would address the mold in the morning and that nothing could be done overnight. There were no other rooms available, so I was told I would get another room the following day; however, I was unable to check into the room until 2:00 pm as it had to be properly cleaned. So I essentially went half a day without a clean room to use. When I used the shower in the morning before switching rooms, the water had backed up again and started spilling into the floor. Again, I let management know. When I was able to move to a different room, there were no issues. The rooms are pretty small, but functional. They do have tile floor, so anytime the guests above you roll their suitcase, move a chair, or walk around you can hear it. There was also pretty significant street noise until around 11:00 pm. When I went to sign out, I asked the desk attendant if anything was being done to address my first night. He said the room was hospitable and the problems were fixed. I explained to him the reasons I had to change rooms/ that they were not fixed on my first night and offered to show him pictures, but he kept repeating himself. He had actually told me that they had painted over the mold in the room during this time, which was pretty shocking. Nothing was done for me to address the poor quality of my first night stay. I truly hope this was a one off experience.

This hotel is great! The room was clean, the interior was cute. And the personnel was really nice! The were really friendly and helpful and their English was good. It’s a small hotel in a nice neighborhood, just around the corner of the Seine. The only flaw I experienced was that the room was really small, other than that it was a great stay and for sure we will book it again!
