Room key was not working. Room untidy, floor was not cleaned. No luggage storage space provided. Overall service below average. Would never recommend. Wastage of time and money. Small elevator. Slow wifi. The below shown receptionist is total waste.

The hotel was under construction waking on stairs was unsafe. The AC is not working. The heater smells horrible. The bath towels had hair and other debris. The breakfast doesn’t worth half of the price and it’s not even comparable with Continental. The location is perfect.

Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Very fancy and amazing if you want to visit Paris. There is an elevator too.

The best thing about the hotel was its lockation. Only 15-20mins walking distance from Eiffel tower. The metro was 2-3mins walking distance as well. next to it was a really good patisserie . What i found a bit annoying was the lack of ac. There was a fan only and the room was quite small. The washroom was downstairs and the shower was tiny ( im 160cm and found it tight)
