If you're looking for a hotel close to Times Square at an affordable price, this is the place. I've seen some reviews that were not so positive, and honestly, I disagree. I will say the rooms are small, but honestly, for the price, I would not complain. The bed was comfortable, the heat worked, the shower was clean, and the staff was friendly. We had a TV with good channels and we were a short walk from Times Square. Not too shabby at all, considering other hotels were asking quite a bit more. The view from our room wasn't the beauty of central park but it was still of the city which was nice. If you're someone who's going to spend a lot of time in your room, then maybe you would want something bigger, but honestly, we just watched some TV and slept. The rest of the time, we were exploring the city. I didn't feel unsafe in the area, but realistically, it's NYC. You're going to see some sights that don't make you feel all warm and fuzzy inside. I was harassed worse walking across the street from the Plaza, and those rooms aren't cheap!! If you're looking for luxury, then you'll pay more elsewhere but if you're just looking for a place to lay your head for the night and not break the bank then this is a good place to do it.

Well if you need a cheap place to stay that has an amazing location close to times square then this is a great option.....however you are definitely getting what you pay for. There was holes in the wall, the toilet seat was broken, sink had cracks in it, the shower pretty much soaked the bathroom floor any time it was turned on, and finally the beds were as hard as a rock. But I'll give credit where credit is due and the beds were at least clean and bedbug free, the cooling system was great, TV worked, and the location is absolutely amazing for the price. just fix the broken things and it's not a bad place to stay

Filthy and disgusting!! Out of all of the hotel that I’ve been to, this hotel is the worst. I paid almost close to $300 a night on Dec 22, 2023 and it’s not worth the money. There is hair on our pillow case when we did mot even touch the bed. They definitely did not change the pillow case. When we do further investigation, there were lots of short hair all over the bed. Disgusting!! The wall are scratched. The dryer is not working. The towels are stains. The carpet feels dirty. The toilet water tank did not closed. Also, when come back to hotel at night, there is a female who is high staying in the lounge, she looks homeless or drug addict. The room is very small and it has very little space to put our luggage. Will not recommend!
