Our first time coming for the parade festivities and it was awesome. The central location of the hotel topped it off. The decor in the lobby was festive and inviting. Our room was lovely and functional for our belongings. That bed!! Oh, so comfortable, especially for a chronic back pain sufferer such as myself. The motion light was much appreciated during the night. The bell and valet service were top tier as well. I highly recommend sitting in the lobby and enjoying a cocktail as well , the pineapple martini for sure. I'm looking forward to future visits. Thanks for a lovely kickoff to the holiday season. Blessed wishes.

This chic and stylish hotel captivated me with its prime location, offering effortless access to Chicago's main attractions by bus or subway. The spaciousness of the rooms is a luxurious delight, complemented by the exceptionally attentive staff who make every stay memorable. However, the crown jewel of my experience was the state-of-the-art fitness center, paired with an indulgent pool and a rejuvenating hot tub. It was the perfect combination for maintaining my wellness routine while indulging in much-needed relaxation. In summary, the Hyatt Centric Magnificent Mile isn't just a hotel; it's a haven in downtown Chicago, redefining my expectations for urban accommodation. It's undoubtedly my new favorite destination in the city, offering a blend of convenience, comfort, and luxury.

This hotel was absolutely wonderful! The customer service was outstanding and the amenities were great! The hotel bar and restaurant were both delicious and had very good service. The room and all public areas were very nice and clean. The location cannot be beat! Demetrie at the front desk was awesome! I will most definitely be staying here again the next time I visit Chicago!

The BEST hotel we’ve ever stayed at in Chicago! Short walk to Michigan Ave, clean & comfortable rooms, good restaurant and EXCELLENT customer service! We called with a couple of questions before arriving and unlike other hotels we easily got through to talk to a real live person! Check in was quick and easy and the gentleman and his female co-worker went out of their way to get us checked in early so we could get out and explore before the tree lighting in Millennium Park. Everyone from valet to the restaurant was friendly and helpful. I cannot recommend this hotel strongly enough. We will DEFINITELY stay here next time we visit Chicago!!!
