The room we were in had several cosmetic damages and did not accurately depict images from the website. The staff were friendly and very professional. We liked the breakfast and decor in the common spaces. The location was ideal especially of going to a concert. The surrounding businesses and Harbour make this an ideal place to stay. There is so much to do! Parking is not close but not too far away. It is

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel this past New Year. The customer service was phenomenal and our view was breathtaking. The general manager Ted, was beyond gracious to us during our stay as well.

Overall, was disappointed with this hotel and not as family friendly as expected. To start, there is no lobby off the street (have to take an elevator to get to it) so checking in with our car and lots of luggage traveling with the family wasn’t easy. Parking was $65 and no other options really in the area for overnight. Rooms themselves were dated, very small and musty. The studio suite was pretty small for me, my husband and two kids. No tub which made bathing our toddler a challenge. While the pool had nice views, the water temperature (visiting in late August) was pretty cold and did not feel like it was heated. The staff were nice though. The pack n play they gave us to use as a crib was some off-brand one that had a raised spot in the middle which made it uncomfortable for my baby. The breakfast was nice and ice water available all the time in the lobby was a nice tough. We had fun exploring the Wharf and my toddler had the best time playing in the sprinklers in front of the hotel. The shuttle to the National Mall was helpful.

Room is great however no plug for bath . Location is fantastic but breakfast hugely disappointing . I was told they catered for vegans but all they had was cereal and bread . Nothing hot apart from potatoes! Only almond milk , so this was a big let down for me and those with dairy allergies ! Because of this and bar service virtually non existent I've only given it 3/5 sadly
