Highly recommend Eaton DC! Be inspired by the social justice library and artwork, enjoy the stylish decor, and be close to everything in downtown DC. My teenage daughter and I went on a quick not-far-from-home escape from our home in Virginia. Absolutely loved staying at this hotel, have recommended to many friends, and will definitely return. Spent each morning in the speakeasy-style library by the fire, dreaming big dreams surrounded by journalists and other creative inspired guests and visitors. Visiting the rooftop bar for a cocktail was such a treat. Almost seemed too good to be true when I viewed on website... but it's exactly as described. So welcoming and comfortable for every type of human. Bravo!

I stayed for 6 days and 5 nights for work at the Eaton DC. I loved the vibe from walking in and saw that they support marginalized communities (which is important for me). Cony checked me in and the process was easy and I was able to upgrade my room. With my status on Expedia, I was also given a breakfast voucher for Baker's Daughter for each day I was staying (which was nice - as I did not have to get breakfast). I was in their Junior Suite and loved how spacious it was while still cozy. The bathroom was beautiful and well designed. One piece of feedback was that there were NO hooks anywhere in the room and needed that in both the room itself for coats and the like as well as in the bathroom for hanging towels. I also wish I knew about the free coffee in the lobby so I can get some in the morning. Maggie checked me out and and she informed me of the coffee and other machines that I can get during my future stays. Despite this, I loved my stay and will continue to recommend this hotel to my staff at work and friends going to DC.

What a great hotel. The staff is extremely nice and even brought us hot cups of water so we could make our tea, and further brought us a electric kettle. The vinyl records were a nice touch. The location to the white house and other sites is perfect. A couple of blocks with amazing views of historic buildings.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Eaton and recommend it to those staying in DC. The bed was super comfy in my king bed suite and I loved their buy 2 get one free room special they have sometimes it made me book with the Eaton over another hotel I was between. There’s lots to do and check out in the hotel. Has a great speakeasy called the Allegory! Good cocktails. Comfy spaces to work and relax. The showers have GREAT water pressure also I have to note that. I wish more toiletries came with the room based on the price point and that the wifi was better but my room had decent service. They had a vinyl player with albums in my room I loved it! Great funky way to start my mornings! Will def stay again
