Had a decent experience at this newer Hyatt. Hotel itself is nice, lobby area and dining have a sleek modern look. There is parking in a garage on site $15/ night BUT beware of the elevator issues! Thankfully it was only the first day for me and I was the one who got stuck but the elevators were having issues and another guest was stuck which I’ve seen reported a couple times. If it rains the garage also floods with big puddles which I had to treck through with my suitcase. Staff wasn’t overly friendly upon arrival. Rooms are spacious and newer. Bed was comfortable. Biggest complaint is housekeeping, I was there a full week and I couldn’t even tell when they came. They had taken the soiled towels and then placed new ones in the bathroom but they weren’t even folded they were just tossed on the counter. There is a nice gym which I appreciated, and the free breakfast is another added bonus. Overall a nice option minus a few minor things.

Loved our experience here. Staff was so helpful when I needed an AD room for my husband. They were very attentive and cared about us being comfortable. Breakfast here is good and there are a good number of choices for a free breakfast. We accumulate points so fast here, it's easy for us to stay again when my husband needs his cancer treatment for free. I gave service 4 stars only because room service never put the trash bag in the trash can for us. I had to continuously do that every single day myself and it was annoying after a long and tiring day.

The room here was very nice. The shower was nice and the room was big. The breakfast was standard hotel fare but good, wish they had a waffle maker instead of already made waffles. The elevator music was really poppin lol it was like a party in there. Also we had trouble finding the entrance when we first got here since there isnt really any signage and no parking in front. The gym was very nice. It had some good equipment.

I went here for a daycation. The reasoning behind the ratings is that the room had hair and dust stuck on the AC vent. The room(1218) had a great view of the pool from the 12th floor. My partner and I enjoyed the hot tub. The hotel had a church using one of its conference rooms and they were very loud for several hours. we also had a dog across the hallway that barked constantly so the noise level was unappealing. Once we went downstairs for dinner and some drinks we found out that there was no bartender at the moment due to car troubles. We ordered food and the staff did whatever to try to appease us for not having a bartender. The food was really good. I had the pizza (The Piggy). Once the bartender arrived and set up the bar, he made excellent drinks. The location of the hotel is in great location to the medical center and other areas.
