My husband and I stayed here for two nights after flight cancellations and while we figured out how to get home. The space was immaculate, and the staff were exceptional! Every single staff we encountered was kind, caring, and went over and above (and not to mention fun!) The culture is so refreshingly lovely. Ivan, who served us breakfast in the restaurant went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable, give us directions and even called our car rental company to see if they could bring our car to the hotel because of the extreme temperatures. We both agree this is the best hospitality we have encountered in a long time. Thank you!! We will be booking here when we return in a few months.

Stayed for a conference. The rooms seem updated in some ways, and the service and location are wonderful. The views from the room were fantastic (pictured), and I really enjoyed the little Cafe downstairs for breakfast/coffee. Every employee I interacted with was great. Now for the rooms, I was a bit disappointed with the level of cleanliness/neatness. The bed sheets were not tucked in (pictured), and the duvet was a bit yellowed. The sheets were also obviously not ironed/steamed, and were quite wrinkled. The remote control was really gross, like they hadn't wiped it down after someone touched it with food on their hands or something (pictured). Overall, there were a lot of small nooks and crannies that had obviously not been cleaned well, but for the cost of this hotel, that is the level of attention to detail that I would expect. I was not grossed out enough to say I wouldn't stay here again, but I would expect more in the future for the price of the hotel. I should note that the bedroom furniture does look nice and modern, and the bathroom was actually very clean compared to the bedroom. I also loved the water bottle faucet in the bathroom (pictured)!!!

Superb hotel! The rooms are super spacious and with good quality interiors (including the bathroom). The staff is super friendly and helpful. The mini market inside gives you very good options for breakfast (if you’re not into the restaurant/bar option). The restaurant is super good! The location is perfect: in 3-5 minutes walking you are at the tower and in the Stephen Avenue. A very good place to stay for sure!

Stayed here for a birthday night out. Had a spa appointment was great very customer orientated and clean. Was a little pricey but the added extra of the waiting room and sauna on change room were a nice touch. Rooms were very clean and updated. Large tv in room which was nice. Gym is huge and has alot of equipment. Was great for a good work out equipment is new and well taken care of. Location is great lots of places to eat and just walking distance.

Absolutely amazing place. I came to attend a two day conference and the whole set up was great. Coffee and refreshment all day. The food was great. I stayed on the 16th floor with access to the private lounge. The room was clean and spacious. The walk-in shower had a rainfall and side shower head - it will surely wash every crack of yours. The staff was friendly. Underground heated parking was available. It's a little tight, but that is to be expected to be right downtown. Would definitely recommend it!
