Hyatt Associate Ms Hind checked us in, and was friendly and efficient. Later, I came down to eat dinner in the restaurant and noticed that she was still working the front desk and treating all of the guests with the same politeness and was attentive to their needs. She spotted some children sitting alone in the lobby area and gave them some coloring books to occupy them which thrilled the children and made them so happy . Ms Hind has a beautiful heart and cares about the people around her. She makes Hyatt look good.

A hotel that has a great location, new rooms, an efficient front desk and valet staff. It also has a lower than expected F&B experience. The location of the hotel is across the Galleria on Sage Rd. One is walking distance to the galleria and all the restaurants in and around the mall. Can't really beat the location. Despite being in prime location, as soon as you walk into the hotel, one feels ensconced in a quiet and comforting environment, and removed from the noise outside. Front desk is polite and efficient and very helpful while maintaining proper security protocols. Valet work hard and quick even in inclement weather. The hotel has a lot of business convention guests, so expect some large groups in the evening. Bar gets busy later in the night. Around 9:30 pm, I sat at the bar seat for more than 10 mins with no attention. When the male Asian bartender finally attended to us he was so rude we left without ordering. First knock on F&B. In the morning went for breakfast. There is a $25 buffet or ala carte options. But the ala carte options are built in such a way that it would cost more than $20 with the added options so you are almost better off taking the buffet. When you are charging $16 for eggs, bacon, and potatoes, do you really need to charge $2 extra for toast and more for coffee? The staff at the restaurant were nice. But when I am ordering cappuccino at the restaurant I expect it to be served in a porcelain cup and not in a paper cup. To charge $14 for two tacos is excessive, even if they are bloated over-filled tacos with half the filling spilling out with each bite. Second knock on F&B. Rooms are nice and comfortable. Decent sized room for the location. The TV is not smart which is not acceptable in this day and age in a hotel of this class. Overall we had a good time at the hotel. Great location, comfortable and quiet rooms, fairly new upgraded environment, but the F&B program needs more thought and attention.

Love this hotel! As soon as I walked in, I felt separated from the city. It’s a quiet escape with a great atmosphere. The rooms are very clean and well decorated. I requested a quiet room and was accommodated with a room at the end of the hall. The location is great if you want to shop, I walked over to the galleria that is just a block away.

I recently stayed at Hyatt Regency and wanted to provide feedback on my experience. Overall, it was a good stay with some notable positive aspects. The check-in process was excellent, and the cafe mart at the lobby offered delicious food and great coffee. The room service did a good job of keeping the room clean, and the valet service was fast in bringing my car. However, I had a negative experience during the check-out process. The front desk staff member I spoke to over the phone was unprofessional and left me dissatisfied. Considering the overall stay, I had initially planned to rate it a 5 out of 5. However, due to the check-out issue, I am lowering my rating to a 3 out of 5. I hope this feedback helps in improving your service.
