Absolutely spectacular. The best Hyatt Regency I've stayed at, but also the best hotel I've found in London in a sensible price range. The rooms are extremely comfortable and quiet, the breakfast buffet is outstanding, and the staff go out of their way to help. It feels like a small boutique hotel with the level of attention. I was blown away and will make this my new play to stay when I visit London. Just awesome.

We recently enjoyed a 16-night stay at the Hyatt Regency Blackfriars, a hotel that epitomizes unmatched hospitality. Some staff are good, but the management overall is mediocre. It is a poorly managed property. Rooms are small and dated, even though a newer property. Restaurant staff are arrogant and unhelpful. They are some of the worst I’ve seen. They have a Club Lounge idea, but it’s nothing much. There is little offered and it’s very small. It’s unimpressive. Good location. The price is way too high for what you get.
