I received a warm welcome and a cup of tea when I stepped into the Westin. The room was spacious and so beautifully designed. The bed was so cozy that I overslept (watch out for that) and there's much sightseeing within walking distance from the hotel. I would recommend and will stay here again.

Exceptional Stay in the Heart of London My recent stay at The Westin London City was nothing short of exceptional. The hotel's central location made exploring London a breeze, with major attractions and transportation hubs just moments away. The rooms were tastefully appointed, providing a perfect blend of comfort and modern elegance. The attentive staff went above and beyond to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience, from check-in to departure. The dining options were a highlight, offering a delightful culinary journey. The attention to detail and quality of service were evident in every aspect of my stay. I left feeling rejuvenated, grateful for the memorable moments created by The Westin London City. We’ve just had a wonderful stay at the Westin London City, Ali the manager and Patricia together ensured we were so well looked after for a very special weekend! I cannot recommend this hotel enough for location, quality and outstanding service. We will defiantly be returning soon. And thank you again to the whole team.

Unfortunately this wasn’t the stay I was hoping for. At this price point I think you can get more value for your money in London. Pros Hotel rooms were modern and clean Coffee and tea provided were good quality Lobby and restaurant were nice Location is good walking distance to many sights The fresh fruit was beautiful at breakfast Cons As a gold Marriott member typically we are given upgrades - this did not happen. In fact my room looked out at a brick wall and was half a window! The breakfast was awful! (And I don’t have high standards!) The coffee was luke warm, the eggs, mushrooms, tomatoes and potatoes were always empty. The fruit was the buffets saving grace. No one told me what time breakfast was served at or where it was served. Room service was not very good. Mediocre at best. Overall - coming from another 5 star hotel in another city this hotel was a let down. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

This was me second visit at Westin and I cannot recommend and praise this hotel enough. The hotel staff, cleanliness and service is beyond exceptional. The front desk staff are extremely welcoming and do everything in their power to make sure you have the best experience possible. The staff go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and are extremely responsive to any queries or help you need. I would like to specifically thank Sandro and Nataljia who really made this stay so special. If you ever need a break to get away from your busy life, this is the place you need to go!
