The hotel is very good. Great welcome and excellent check-in and check-out. The room cleaning is excellent. There are some points to be improved: the elevator beaks down (one out of order/remains 2 and also one breaks off from time to time). The room service food is very poor and expensive. They charge £7 for bringing an empty plate!! The business centre is a table in front of the lounge. No access to the inside table except with permission; this is never in a 5-star hotel. There is no service outside the hotel to help deliver the shopping bags to rooms. Others fine.

My recent stay at Hyatt Regency was absolutely fantastic, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The level of service provided by the hotel staff was great. They were friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. A special shout-out to the helpful staff at the front desk who allowed us to check in earlier than expected, accommodating our travel plans seamlessly. Their flexibility and willingness to accommodate our needs was truly appreciated. The hotel itself is a true gem. The rooms were spacious, elegantly designed, and well-appointed with modern amenities. The comfortable bed ensured a restful night's sleep, and the cleanliness of the room was impeccable. The location of the hotel was also a major plus. Overall, our stay at Hyatt Regency exceeded our expectations in every aspect.
