We stayed there last week for 4 days and the hotel was clean and the rooms were ok. However the housekeeping was really bad. We were mostly out and about from the morning till 3-4 PM, so we expected the room to be done by then, but it was never ready. No beds made, no new towels, nothing cleaned. So we asked the management, and they told us that they prioritise departures before other rooms. That means they prioritise new guests over existing guests, which I found highly unacceptable. That means they only start doing housekeeping from 3-5PM. Which is very late I think, and quite annoying if you want to rest a bit after walking through the city for 6 hrs. Our TV also didn't work, and the couldn't fix it either. So, they offered us a room underground which we gladly declined, since we booked a room with a view. The breakfast was also not very exciting. I would not go there anymore. The location of the hotel was very nice.

The hotel itself is actually quite good, good location, nice staff. However, the fire alarm went off three times in the morning at 8 a.m. and woke us up in a panic. We didn't know what to do at all and left the room in a complete panic only to find out that someone was standing in front of the fire alarm downstairs and that's why it went off. However, if this happens twice in the morning at 8 a.m. even though you actually want to recover from a few strenuous days, that's an outrage. The most important thing about a hotel is the overnight stay and unfortunately it was a disaster and unfortunately one of the worst experiences I've had in a hotel so far. I'm really sorry but I wouldn't recommend this hotel. Otherwise everything was good in this hotel

Good small sized hotel. 55 rooms. Great location with 2 underground stations and buses short walking distance away. Plenty F&B in vicinity. Booked the triple room and got those facing front. Good size and big bathroom. Clean and well lighted. Friendly and helpful staff especially Hasan and Shaz. Fast and easy check-in.
