Beautiful hotel, great views, and nice staff! Good amount of stuff to do on the property. We only had breakfast on the property and it was delicious! We stuck to simple American foods: they had an omelet bar, coffee made to order, and plenty of other options for people looking for more international options. Would recommend, especially if you are looking at redeeming some Hyatt points

Overall the room is good, unfortunately the room has condensation issue. The floor will get wet if the room temperature is set beyond 24C Service from all the staff was great Location is wise is good, is quiet and peaceful. If you looking for beach, this is not the resort for beach enjoyment. Overall resort is kid friendly but not stroller friendly, be prepared to carry your kid around.

My family and I stayed here for 10 days and it was a an amazing experience. The staff were always so welcoming, and would always try to make our stay have the best possible outcome. Miw from the front desk helped my family so much, by recommending many tourist spots and restaurants, allowing us to have a great time. We thank her so much for for all the effort she has put in for us. Even when english is not the mother language of Thailand, we were able to effortlessly communicate with all staff. This made our experience even better. Whenever we had an issue, they all dealt with it so quickly, making our stay very enjoyable. Would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone!

The service is top notch and the location you can’t beat. We stayed in a King Plunge Pool room and it was beautiful. The view was stunning and the room was clean. Above everything though, the service was amazing!! Julian who works the front desk and was so kind to Nicky who made our night so enjoyable at the Mizu restaurant! These employees were just a few that made our stay so amazing!
