We had a great stay here and can highly recommend. The staff were all very friendly and extremely helpful. Our son was rushed to hospital and had an emergency operation, a scary time for us all being in a foreign country, but the help from Piameta was outstanding, she was extremely helpful and caring. Nothing was a problem. She is an asset to the team and management material. A special mention to the two gentlemen who help with luggage (I didn't get their names) but they were also very helpful and friendly, always wearing a smile Thanks everyone for a great holiday.

Hi, would like to share my review , we are here for almost three weeks, we love this resort, lots of things to do, especially for kids , nice small kids’ pool, great work of adventure park, it is an animation team, they work the whole day from morning till evening(face painting, cool big elephant in the morning, cool games by the pool, movie night) , very big kids room, also we got kids chair and table right in the room with the tent like circus, etc. Definitely for families with kids - cool resort! Rooms are spacious, we have kitchen inside which is extremely comfortable with a kid. Bed and pillows are comfortable, bath is clean and good. Floor and some wardrobe is a bit out of date. Breakfast is tasty, bar in the pool serves also tasty cocktails, all the day is music by the pool, I love it a lot! The pool itself, which is big one, needs repair works, some places without tile, but actually hotel always do repair works, may be kids taking off the tile. You have to careful , because you can hurt toes. Also the slide is quite old. Going to the beach a bit complicated, have to cross the road, but when you get to the road , there is in 200 meters to the right - tunnel, we are may be lazy to walk this far with a kid. Overall, we love this place, staff is amazingly friendly!

My stay at this hotel left much to be desired, especially in the restaurant. It was advertised on Hotwire as a 5 star hotel. The reviews here are 100% fake. While I managed to overlook the questionable location and outdated apartment style, the dining experience was abysmal. We spent a frustrating three hours in the restaurant from 7:30 to 10:30 pm. The waitress was extremely snappy and unhappy. Our interactions with the waitress were marked by constant chasing – for orders, water, and even dessert, not to mention the bill. Water didn't arrive until 8:30, and the food was served at a painfully late 9:20. The ordeal continued when we tried to order ice cream. The waitress seemed disinterested, initially claiming we hadn't ordered it. When I persisted, she walked away without asking for our preferred flavors. It took another 20 minutes and my personal pursuit to locate her before she finally acknowledged our ice cream order, only to lay blame on me that I didn’t tell her the flavour that she was supposed to inquire for. My attempt to escalate the issue by requesting a manager or any other help proved futile. No manager appeared, and our concerns were blatantly ignored for the remainder of our time there. To add to the frustration, my tab was left open without any acknowledgment. I was unable to pack my leftovers. I’ve never visited a resort that is so short staffed. In my extensive experience with hotels and restaurants, this was undoubtedly the worst dining encounter I've ever had.
