Minus 2 stars for the superior room that I got. Supposed to be 4 star hotel but no hand towels, only 2 pillows, safe not working and noisy air con. Apart from that, the hotel is worth staying. Strong hot shower pressure, clean room and beds, decent WiFi speed, good breakfast spread, location is beside big mall and good service from a staff.

Definitely a 5 star hotel! Clean, convenient and comfortable beds to sleep in! Breakfast spread was amazing, with plenty of options! Staff were friendly and helpful upon check in and check out. Always a positive experience whenever I stay here!

Great location surrounded by shopping (malls and local produce stores) and lots of food. Room was clean, well maintained and well designed. Water pressure was good. Price is also reasonable. However the pillows were a little too high and was quite uncomfortable. Overall, it’s good value and I would stay here again when I’m back in Batam. Recommended for tourists who would like to have most things within walking distance.

Really love this hotel- clean rooms, strong hot shower, generous size. Check in is always smooth and quick as well. This is our second time staying here and still as good. Location wise- it is also surrounded by a lot of food places which is important for us as eating is like 50% of the reason to be in Batam :) it is also a quick 10-15 mins ride from Batam Center ferry terminal. I will highly recommend staying here!
