Warning: Serious Security Issues My recent experience with IAM Hotel has been a total nightmare. First, they told me there was a problem with my payment, so I gave them another way to pay. Then, they claimed there was a hack and warned everyone not to make payments. But here's the kicker – I had already paid again. What's really worrying is their refusal to take any responsibility. Instead of fixing the problem, they avoided the issue and didn't give back the extra money I paid. Their system is just really bad at keeping our info safe. And get this – the situation was so bad that I had to cancel my credit card to be safe from any potential problems. For anyone considering IAM Hotel, I strongly advise against giving them your credit card information. Their system seems extremely insecure, making it too easy for your credit card to be compromised. Better to steer clear of potential risks.

Room was TINY!!! We've been in rooms in Japan with less square footage and got more space to utilize than this. There was literally no place to open your luggage. Had to resort to putting our luggage on our bed to get what we needed. Luckily it was only one night otherwise we would've been absolutely miserable. The included drinks on the lobby floor was a nice touch and their to go skincare packages were good. Probably that and the location are their only saving grace from review being one star. Dont recommend if you want space or comfort.

This is a great hotel for couples or singles looking for a comfortable, affordable stay right in Dotonbori. The location’s convenience cannot be understated; the free drinks were a plus and the rooms were well designed. It’s a tight fit for those coming to Japan to shop a lot, but otherwise it’s great for whom it’s supposed to service: foreign tourists on the go.

Love the location of this small and cosy 8 storey hotel. Walking distance to many late night eateries and 24hrs drug stores. 200m away fm Dotonbori. The 24hrs DONKI is nearby as well. Room is very small but is compensated by the fantastic location. Will stay here again if the condition of the hotel rooms can be upkeep. Coin laundry room is located on the third floor. Lobby is on 2nd floor. A massage place is located directly downstairs. Receptionists are cheerful and helpful. Pls note the nearest exit is 26B and not 26 on NAMBA WALK. For light sleepers, pls request for rooms away fm the dining street below the hotel. Lots of amenities can be requested on the 2nd floor reception area. Wifi speed is fantastic too. A hotel that is well worth staying.
