We had a great stay at this hotel. All of the staff were very helpful and appeared happy working there, which was reflected in how they treated you. Special shout out to Blanca, who was the activities coordinator when we stayed. She was very down to earth and friendly. She even let us feed the fish and turtles one day! We did not eat at the hotel of an evening as we wished to explore. However the food at the pool bar was really good and not super expensive compared to other places in the area. The pool itself Is decent sized and was never over crowded. It ranges from around 0.5 meter deep to around 2.5 meters at the deepest end, so quite deep for a hotel pool. A basic room is nicely sized with a good sized patio area with table, chairs and a drying rack. The rooms are extremely clean. The bed has usb charging points at the side and you are able to get British channels on the TV. The bathroom comes with a powerful walk in shower and separate toilet. Our mini fridge was not working the first night, however we mentioned this to the reception and it was replaced in less than 30 minutes. Free drinking water is also provided. Overall, a great hotel staffed by lovely people. Good location too!

The hotel was amazing! The food was absolutely delicious, The hotel rooms were beautifully decorated and were very clean. The swimming pool was clean and warm and so was the whirlpool! The entertainment at night was cheerful and fun to listen to, The staff were so kind!and we absolutely enjoyed our stay here at the hotel! We would definitely come back again soon!

It was our first time staying at this hotel, and I couldn't recommend it more! The rooms and common areas are spacious and spotlessly clean, the food in the buffet was delicious, and I particularly appreciated the hotel's efforts towards sustainability and zero waste. However, what really stood out for me was the excellent service and friendliness from the staff... nothing was ever too much, from the warm welcome on arrival throughout the stay, my friends and I truly felt at home. I have stayed in many hotels in Marbella over the years, and this is by far one of my favourites for a relaxed getaway. Will 100% be returning!

We had a lovely stay at Hotel and we were so happily with the service and all the amenities. Blanca was such a sweet girl who made us feel so welcome, she made our stay at the hotel so special and we looked forward to her activities. Sam took great care of us all at the pool and made sure we were comfortable in the sun . Rita also made our stay fun filled with her activities. We will certainly remember our lovely holiday and I’m sure we will return.
