Wonderful rockin’ place to be!!! 🤩🤘🏻🎶 We just finished our stay in Hard Rock Hotel Marbella and I’m so so happy I chose this hotel to celebrate my birthday! HRH Marbella made my Day so special B-day! Excellent service by everyone, so smiling, so friendly and helpful. Spotless and fresh room every day. We were fully entertained every minute with the nice music and performances even at breakfast 🤘🏻. I’d like to give extra thanks to the girl from Reception - Elena. She was very helpful and polite from the moment we entered the hotel and she did her best for the best room I wished, very professional. Excellent Reception service!🙏🏻 Also the boys - CR7 and Vega at Eden bar are really good! Their service is excellent and make you feel very special at Hard Rock. Definitely I recommend HRH Marbella for your first choice for holiday ! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Everything was perfect. We stayed 3 days at the beginning of the year. The details of the room, such as the lamp trumpets or the embroidery of the bedspread I loved. Our room overlooked the pool and everything was super quiet. We had the fabulous treatment and service of the floor maid Nerea, very attentive to us if we needed anything, plus she always had a smile on her face. A very quiet and wonderful stay.

It’s a very nice looking hotel. Great ceiling heights in the room I got. Light and large lobby. A hotel where children are not recommended. Good for parents who want to sleep in and get a well deserved rest and recreation. And good for people who for whatever reason don’t want to be around kids. The hotel has great music, live music as well. Good amount of seats and lots of drinks. They have an app for room service and all other services as well, which I really enjoyed. A modern hotel standard and I’ll be back.

I do not recommend this hotel, and here are a few reasons why: Day 1: I had to change rooms because they were playing extremely loud music by the pool. Day 2: I had to switch rooms again because I was given a room by the road, and I couldn't sleep with all the cars passing right outside. Day 3: I was awakened at 5 in the morning because the toilet flush was stuck, causing water to run every 3 minutes. I went to the front desk and asked if I could have breakfast at the hotel as compensation for not being able to go out due to poor sleep. They told me the manager would contact me at 10 am. However, the manager never reached out during my entire week-long stay. The staff only referred to the manager. When I requested to speak directly with the manager, they told me that it was during the Christmas holiday season, and reaching the manager was difficult. It seemed that the staff used the manager as an excuse to avoid addressing my concerns. Generally, the building was also very noisy. Any noise from neighboring rooms, such as showers or footsteps, easily penetrated the walls and could be heard in my room. If you value a good night's sleep, do not choose this hotel. Another incident occurred when I asked to buy a coffee at the bar in the morning. The person there told me I had to wait 15 minutes until opening, only to find out it was just a coffee machine. This is the level of service they provide.
