I stayed for two weeks at this hotel. Some things were good, others not. Because of my long stay, I asked for a higher floor. The hotel only has I believe 5 floors and I was on the third. I have never in my life used ear plugs to sleep, but I could not sleep without ear plugs because you could hear everything happening outside. I could hear people's cell phone conversations. I could not believe the quality of the windows given that this is a hotel. I told the front desk and asked to be moved to maybe a corner suite, but they looked at me like I'm crazy and said they have never heard this before, and said it would be the same. The carpets are disgusting and have never been steam cleaned and I could smell them every time I came into the room. The bottom of the bed where there is a space between the mattress and the bed was filthy. I used a lot of alcohol wipes to clean there and it was black. I cleaned and then asked for them to clean, but had to clean after them again. These areas should be cleaned in between guests. I don't get housekeeping daily, but on the days that I did get it, things were not cleaned at all, and I had to ask the staff to use cleaning solutions to wipe down the counters not just a dry rag. The best and pillows were not comfortable. I found these to be the least comfortable at any hotel that I stayed at. The pool was pretty nice, but I didn't really use it as I attended the beach daily. I found a lot of the staff really nice, including in the courtyard and the front desk. The court yard is beautiful. The music was always a great selection, the coffee and pastries were great quality. There is a small food selection. The tea is ridiculously overpriced, $6 US without tax and tip for one tea bag, when you can get the entire box at Public for $4. The AC in the rooms were good.

Booked for a week, faced check-in issues due to their malfunctioning machines, very unprofessional staff, forced us to leave (it was late night and we proposed to pay the day after). Three weeks later, unauthorized charges of over $800 on my credit cards (they asked us to scan multiple cards that night of the “cancelled check-in”). Ongoing struggle for 5 months to contact and resolve their finance errors. Attempted refund, but wrong amounts to wrong cards, plus the customer service team is not able to support at all. We’re still waiting , since September 2023, for the remaining $600 refund. I would like to add that we are not receiving any response to emails or calls. Absolutely unacceptable.

This hotel has a good location it is a 5 minutes walk distance to the ocean, and easy to reach important cafees, restaurants but also to other attraction places and spots! The rooms were very clean and elegant. It is a recent renovated hotel. Very nice!

Beautiful hotel however if they put you on the first floor ask to be moved. I was across from the bathroom as well as the employee door which apparently both lack a door closer mechanism. Also the bedroom doors are paper thin. I asked the sweet girl at the desk for night shift if they could please be mindful and they were great, morning crew comes in between 5-6am and the slamming (which echos because its tile flooring in the hall/lobby) all over again. I ring the front desk to ask if they could please be more gentle they said yes however most employees could care less. This issue needs to be fixed immediately, especially at the rate we are paying per night! In the mean time hopefully employees can be trained on how to gently close the door.
