Arrived late, departed early but an ideal hotel for just that. Gentleman behind reception at 23:00ish was very welcoming, room was clean, beds were comfortable. Breakfast was tasty, including the gluten free bread rolls they sorted for us. A five minute walk from the (far side) of the train station. Ideal even for longer visits in Basel, maybe 15 minute walk to city centre.

I stayed here for a couple of days to visit the city. Great acommodation, very clean, good sized bed, personnel very friendly and rooms were cleaned daily. Overall a great experience!

It was clean, quiet and perfectly located within minutes from the Main train station, where you can take trams and buses to the centre or, you can even walk - it is very near. The same station serves trains to various parts of Switzerland, France and elsewhere. The staff was very professional, although some of them did not know how to smile. My only negative comment is that Accor hotels have started a strange saving practice where guests are provided only with one towel of medium size, and then left you to choose for which part of your body to use it and in what order.

We arrived before the check-in time but the reception was very helpful and went all out to find us a vacant room (after our long flight). The room is quiet, clean and comes with all the necessary amenities (e.g. towels, shower/shampoo gel, great wifi connection). Breakfast spread was great and beyond expectation. And the best part of this stay is the close proximity to the train station (Basel SBB). Highly recommended hotel.
