Great hotel I used to escape a nightmare Airbnb host. Comfy bed and room for a solo guest. Reception staff were friendly and zero issues at all. Stored bags at 9am and room was ready at 12pm, 3hrs before check in which was lovely. Would stay again for sure when in Miraflores

The location of the hotel is amazing with many restaurants, bars and casinos within walking distance. The area felt very safe at all hours of the night. The staff is extremely courteous and the continental breakfast was good. The rooms and hotel itself are very clean and modern. We stayed in a “triple room” (it was 3 adults) this made the room very cramped for us and all of our luggage. This was organized by a travel agency soy complaint is Moreso with the travel agency which should’ve known the triple rooms are too cramped for 3 adults. On our last night we had two separate rooms with a double bed each which was a decent size for 2 people. I would stay again but make sure to specify to the travel agency to get two double rooms. Again, no complaints with hotel staff as service, location and cleanliness of hotel was impeccable.

Second time staying here it's amazing. Clean, comfortable, locations great and great price. Rooms maybe a little smaller but I'd say worth it. Definitely will be back

Great location in Miraflores. The rooms are very small but very clean and tidy. With it being a Budget Ibis there is barely any space to keep a large check in bag. When you enter the room the main space is only the bed. There are no cups or towel holders either. The room is enough for 1 person but we were a couple so it definitely was crammed up. Staff were friendly, courteous and hospitable.
