Wow, what a disappointment. This is a 1 star hotel at best - to Americans consider this a Motel 6 on route 1 in Newark, NJ. No Hot water, rusty shower drains, piece of bread for the included breakfast. The housekeeper came up to clean the bathroom and left it dirtier than before. The front desk has come up to “show us how to use the hot water” as I type this review. It looks like ownership put fake ratings to bury the real reviews so hopefully my photos will reveal the truth about this place. The lighting in my photos is the best you will get unless we want all of Lima watching us (we made friends by waving to the street vendors on the street from our room). I feel bad for the employees because they are nice and trying very hard to help - just very disappointed in being mislead by ownership

I don’t recomand it. Breakfast is a joke, the only vegetable you get is some olives. They always run out of something. I had better breakfasts at hostels rather than This 4 star hotel. About the jacuzzi(only 3 jets out of 8 work), they make you do a reservation, But only 4-5 hours a day is available, which means you will probably never get in(they also have big signs with jacuzzi hours from 7am-9pm, not true). There is a guy at the reception who looks at you like he’s paying you to stay here, a smile never killed nobody. I should have booked an

We booked a city view room & we got the 2nd floor with no view but a concrete wall in our balcony with no view. The hotel was pretty dull. The reception would not help us get a better room or help get a taxi. The jacuzzi tub would not heat up and we couldn't use it. Overall the stay was ok.

We stayed at this charming hotel when we visited Lima. The room was comfortable and the staff was very nice. The front desk was already ready to help with direction to near by attractions and whatever else they can do to make our stay more pleasant. The staff at the hotel restaurant also very nice so don’t miss the opportunity to go there for your welcome drink and breakfast in the morning (if your package includes it). I’ll definitely stay there again as it is conveniently located and easy to get there from the airport via the shuttle.
