Next to a convenient location, the hotel is just okay,but the staff just completely under standard. We arrived too early, and all the woman could say is: It's too early, you wait. No smile, no friendly apology or suggestion. A woman at the front desk you immediately know she doesn't like her job. I asked her to be more friendly, as she is working at a hotel. No reaction. Germany is already known for bad service, but this hotel staff tops it all. They should Fite them all and replace and train mew staff. Rooms were just okay.

The hotel is located at the train station, very easy to find and very practical. 10 minutes by train from the airport and a few minutes from the old town. There is a big gallery inside the train/subway station with lots of stores and small restaurants. The check-in and check-out were fast and the staff was very nice and helpful. The room was a bit outdated and even if it was a non-smoking room, there was a bad smell of cigarette inside. It was very basic inside the room, a TV with a few German channels, I didn't find any international TV channels and a hair dryer inside the bathroom. The room was very clean. The air conditioning was working well but quite noisy. Around 5 a.m., the train noises woke me up. The night was quiet but once the first train, I couldn't sleep anymore. The breakfast buffet was good. There was a small but good choice of products, breads, croissants, fruits, cheeses, eggs, bacon, juices, and freshly made waffles,...... The bad side was, from the morning to the evening all the drunk homeless laid on the ground just in front of the hotel.

Fairly average. Accessible room is still very small (full time wheelchair users would struggle to get around it) and the double bed is only accessible on one side, the other person has to climb out as it’s against the wall. After seeing photos of other people’s rooms, I’m not sure why they would put a double bed against the wall in an accessible room but not in others. Constant train sounds, definitely isn’t noise proof, bathroom doesn’t feel especially clean. Bed is somewhat comfortable but only one pillow. The room is pretty run down. Convenient location if you need the trains but otherwise is not a particularly pleasant place to be walking around especially at night.
