Numa Düsseldorf Artol

I asked for the sofa bed to be made as it was a mini apartment for 2 people and we were sleeping in separate bed and they didn't even leave linen in the room for me to make it myself, I had to go to the laundry room and do it. There were no towels at all too. I could only talk with a bot on WhatsApp who told me they did have the note for it (btw the request was confirmed to me via email) but I had to go and do it. There were only duvet linen so I had to use one of those as fitted sheet to put on the sofa mattress, that was stained. Couldn't use one of the duvet (double bed, only single duvet available) because one was extensively stained. So I had to sleep curled in one single duvet which was obviously fitting badly inside of a double duvet sheet. On the last day the checkout was at 11 am, I went down to work on my laptop at 9.30, tried to go back to my room to use the bathroom and they were already tidying it up at 9.45. On day 2 I asked to a guy who was at the entrance (Matteo) if I could print a label to put on a package that I would have arranged to be picked up and he said yes until on the day the printer suspiciously broke. I found a printing place and did it myself, then told him I arranged the pickup between 11 am and 12.30 and he said it was fine. When I went back at 1pm someone from the hotel took away the package so obviously Matteo didn't tell them anything about my request and allow someone to take it. When DHL came I was lucky because I was in the reception as I needed to get my luggage back, the delivery guy was in front of me and Matteo didn't give them my package! He said he was expecting a specific delivery person, which that one was as he had a DHL jacket on and I clearly explained to him who to give my package to. Very annoying. If I wasn't there, my package would have been lost. If he didn't want to do it I would have taken care of it myself, he kept saying yes yes but evidently didn't care or listen to me and left me to deal with it on the day of my departure. For how much I paid for the room, I am very much disappointed and definitely not returning to any of these facilities.

Lovely, very comfortable rooms and beds within walking distance of the city centre and Altstadt. Very reasonably priced accommodation - really exceeded our expectations.
