3 nights in the hotel attending rugby world cup. Had not been in this part of Paris before but area was fine, with a number of bars and restaurants along the main junction nearby. good connections with both metro and bus. Hotel rooms small, probably suit solo travelers best but modern and clean.

Excellent location. Eexcellent value. We stayed 4 nights. Walking distance to Père Lachaise metro stop and cemetery. Lots of food options nearby, morning cafes, etc. Quiet, locals-only neighborhood. Staff is super sweet, helpful, and genuinely friendly. Rooms are modern and clean. Elevator, small lobby with free water for your water bottles, excellently insulated rooms. Perfect air conditioning with easy-to-use to use controls on the wall.

Great location, the bus passing just outside the hotel will take you to most touristic places. The staff was really helpful. Only negative is the room where the breakfast is served, it is very small with no windows or ventilation, not at all covid friendly and you might struggle finding a table (there are like 12/14 seats in total)

Decent facilities. Room (502) clean but small, but did have a slightly strange smell to it, and with the electrical board right outside my room, there was an unwelcome, faint humming noise sometimes. Bed was not very well made with sheets coming off the mattress almost instantly when I lay down. Given the price and location it’s a decent value hotel for Paris.
