Terrible terrible hotel in a seedy neighborhood of Rio de Janeiro. Totally,but absolutely incompetent staff who are lazy and couldn’t care less about you. A/c never working, dirty rooms which haven’t seen a renovation in 35 years and the best: other noisy stoned guests directly from the favela which needed to party a 3 am. Enjoy .Not worth the money. Imagine a hotel treating a Diamond member badly. First there is no soap, then I had to Change the rooms 2x because the ac wasn’t working, Everything decrepit and in need of renovation. Awful!!!then their pitiful breakfast isn’t even included in a 70$ rate. Then someone steals the make up Room sign and you return at 5 to 4 without the room being made…etc etc a hotel without any sense for me. Sad people are so indifferent that it’s still full….Never again ! A true dump of a hotel.

Location is central, close to bars. Rooms are basic and have the required necessities. Price is reasonable. Area can be quiet after dark. Just need to be cautious at night, would not recommend walking alone. There are some homeless people hang around the area, but overall great stay.

We were There for 2 nights.Rooms was verry small,floor was dirty in the room and in the toilet.There wasn’t any information ,any sign about Coffe is not included in price Of breakfast😱😱It was verry expensive.Don’t drink Coffe.I don’t like this hotel!!!!
