I arrived at the hotel alone at 5pm on a Wednesday. The hotel is located in a quiet alley. I found it strange because the hotel's doors are closed. I called and was answered by a guy who asked if I had a reservation. I said no. The guy soon informed me that to enter, I had to make a reservation first. As I was in an unfamiliar place, deserted and without any movement, and with my suitcase and backpack full of valuable things, I asked the guy to let me go to the reception to make the reservation there, as I was scared of staying there and being assaulted. The boy immediately replied that I would have to make a reservation on the street and that only then would he let me in. I soon saw that before entering I was already receiving poor service, I couldn't expect much from the hotel. Afraid of being robbed, I asked for an Uber. At that moment all I wanted was to get out of there. Before going to the hotel, I tried to contact them by phone to check if there was availability, but I was not answered. That's why I decided to go straight. I thought the place was weird and the service was terrible and I didn't think it was close to anything. The only thing I saw is the cable car that passes very close by and I didn't see any advantage for what I decided to do. I don't usually make this kind of assessment, but I was wondering if it was my wife alone or anyone else. Careful! Evaluate well beforehand.

Very nice place! Well equipped and well located apartment. We walked from the hotel to AquaRio and Museum of Tomorrow in 20 minutes. There is a market nearby, where you can shop and stock up on food, as the hotel does not have a restaurant. There is coffee and sugar in the room, but my suggestion would be to leave some salt for guests to cook with. Other than that, nothing to complain about
