We had a great stay. The room was clean and tidy and we have a beautiful view over the lake. Its location meant that we were able to leave the car parked and walk easily into town or along the lakefront for much of the time we were there. Being able to have a buffet breakfast onsite was useful when we had early starts. The only minor inconvenience was that our key cards stopped working the day before we were due to checkout, but a stop at the front desk sorted that out quickly with an apology and a smile. Really happy with the service.

Handy location to lake and eat street, good facilities for price point. rooms are starting to look a little tired but overall, still good and the staff were fantastic accommodating our check-in request and room vicinity for our booking. Will be happy to stay again.

We were happy to grab a place at short notice. A pity that I had to fiddle with the toilet cistern to stop it from leaking continuously through the night and no milk in the room for a cup of tea. Fortunately the morning staff were a delight to deal with and the wonderful chap from breakfast, sorted us out with our complimentary drinks, of which he arranged barista coffees. Well done and thank you to the staff.
