A good place to stay. Very central and close to amenities. Rooms were clean. Staff were very friendly and informative. Food (Room service) at the hotel was good, would recommend for anyone to try their Pizza, very good breakfast as well (Just the replenish of the food was a bit slow).

Good value for the price and the location is great for exploring Rotorua easily. The downtown area and some attractions are walkable from the hotel which is great. There's nothing fancy about the rooms; they're suitable for tourists out and about most of the day. Continental breakfast was solid, but relatively light - you do need to plan your breakfast times in advance with the front desk as seating is limited.

We stayed in a family suite as 2 adults, a 4 and a 7 year old and had a great stay. Rooms weren't massive but were clean, modern and well equipped - it was great for kids to have their own room and TV within the suite, plus the small kitchenette came in really handy. Kids loved the pool and hotub (went in every day) and enjoyed chilling on beanbags in the small indoor kids area. Breakfast had plenty of choice, and staff were very helpful and friendly. We would be very happy to stay here again, would recommend for mid-range budget family-friendly hotel.

Just a short walk from the city center! Very comfortable accommodations. The bed was delightful, the room was spacious, the bathroom was well stocked and very clean! The staff were wonderful and breakfast was included given that I booked directly with the hotel (the breakfast wasn't super substantial but a nice inclusion still). My only complaint was that the electric water kettle was dirty and still had water in it from a previous stay which made me feel very uncomfortable using it. It was not a necessity or else I would've asked reception to replace it and I'm sure they would've. Just a warning :)
