It’s a great, great location for Rotorua right by the Lake! The lobby is nice and the people working at the desk were awesome, as well as all the staff. The cleaning at this hotel leaves a bit to be desired. The shower floor was stained a bit. The bed had trash, broken glass, crushed chips, a pair of sunglasses, and other trash from whoever stayed here previously. Not great…. we also found that they did not replace our towels daily, they put them back up as if they were clean. This was after we put them on the floor as directed so that they would be replaced. Eh…a little gross. Still glad we stayed here as it was close to the lake, and all the main attractions in the city. Really hope they manage to fix the cleanliness of the hotel especially for the money it costs for a room! Otherwise, the hotel is in a good location near the city centre, perfect for a short stay in Rotorua. We parked across the street with street parking and it was free vs. parking at the hotel.

We really enjoyed our recent stay for three days so we could support our family at the NZ secondary schools' tournament. The hotel staff were very nice and cheerful at check in time. They upgraded us to room 525 with a stunning view out over the lake. This was much appreciated. We enjoyed our reduced meal rates at the hotel as we are Accor members. The extra privileges were also appreciated.

We had a fantastic stay. The hotel has probably the very best location in Rotorua, which is ideal, but it was the staff who made our stay so very enjoyable. We were welcomed warmly & had a sensational suite. When we're back in Rotorua, there's no chance we'd choose a different hotel. Special note to the staff at breakfast. The selection was great, and we also had a top notch oat milk flat white. Thank you to all the staff who made our stay both enjoyable and memorable.

Nice hotel, staff was excellent. A bit warm in the lobby, but our room was very comfortable. Great location, can see the lake and all the food options are within walking distance. Great hotel bar and the complimentary geo thermal spas were fantastic. Great location for getting to area attractions. Make sure and check where you park in the parking lot (we made an error on the first day, got a ticket, NOT the hotels fault, they did explain it to us, it was just our error). We had a lovely stay and enjoyed ourselves!
