The rooms are clean and sufficient. I found the restaurant pretty decent, with friendly waiters. The same was true of the people at reception and the cleaners: everyone was friendly and professional. The gym has 2 treadmills, an elliptical, an exercise bike, an adjustable bench, dumbbell pairs from 2kg to 20kg in 2kg increments, and a cable crossover machine with weights up to "180", which I assume is in pounds. The biggest downside to the gym is that there is no air conditioning, so it is pretty hot and humid. Note that if you're coming from the airport I'd recommend spending 5 minutes and downloading Grab. The taxi drivers refuse to take you anywhere for less than 150,000 IDR, whereas the trip should only cost half of that. That prompted me to install Grab and from there it was easy to get to the hotel. Returning to the airport with the shuttle was easy and fast, taking maybe 10 minutes at most to reach Terminal 3.

Location is near airport and there is airport shuttle almost every hour including pick up (by reservation). Room is clean and spacious the somehow I fell a little bit dark. Bed was comfortable and they even had bolsters which is quite rare for a hotel. It has swimming pool but crowded with kids, maybe because it’s weekend. Lobby was full with a group but check in and check out was smooth. Food was okay and breakfast was great with many options.

As a gold member, I consistently receive an upgrade and a complimentary drink. The hotel offers free airport transportation as well. Overall, I'm quite content with Ibis Styles Jakarta. The only issue is that some guests tend to leave their rooms open, causing noise from family gatherings. Besides this, everything is satisfactory.

The only pros i found in this hotel was it really near to the airport. This was by far the most dirtiest Ibis Style I ever been to. Barely feel the air conditioner eventhough after 5 hours check in & the aircond was turned on. Moldy edges of the bathroom & the sink area. Some surface i found it sticky? Room in dining menu was average. Had their soto ayam & other menus. We left the food tray at 6pm outside the room & checkout the next day at 6am to catch flight, our food tray was still there? The hallway smell awful (rotten food). But credit deserved by all the front desks staff, they were all friendly & attentive enough. Check in was smooth.

I have been upgraded to next level room and i'm really appreciate it. The room was nice for me and my wife, The room is clean, thank you so much for the cake. However, the Air Con is not cool enough so my experience was not quiet satisfy at noon because the weather is hot outside and My Air Con room is not cool enough. FYI, my room was 661 so please someone to fix the Air Con in this Room.
