From my experience I said it is a very nice hotel for a small amount of money to stay in jakarta. The employee is very friendly and helpful. 😊

Attracted by the logistics of the hotel which is near to the Jakarta airport and also the shuttle provided by the hotel. The shuttle is convenient and the staff are very helpful. The price of the room is worth it.

Service is suck. No one helping carrying baggage & customers service is like you handle it yourself. Worse thing happened is it misleads us by mentioning airport shuttle is available & it's not. They lose selling point by mentioning that. Ps: only location is good. near convenience store you can walk from hotel

No. Just no, seriously. Bed was comfy, but not the pillow. Way too soft almost as if nothing inside. Floor was wavy, it was weird to walk on. Air con wasn't blowing cool air at all. Internet was non existence eventhough it said connected. Location is nice, close to restaurants and obviously if you will be flying from Terminal 1 Shampoo was empty, no hot water, the noises from outside was crazy, one couldn't catch a rest whatsoever. We asked front desk what to do about it and the reply was "it is working hours for the airport" - it was midnight, noises continued until 4 ish AM - supposedly came from renovation project of Burger King, which is located super close to the hotel. To top that, the shower has no curtain and the floor has no divider at all, hence water wet toilet area. Had to block water with extra towel as otherwise water will flood outside and bed is on the lower level, so it would flood down to bed area as well. The morning front desk didn't really speak English and wasn't too friendly. We booked 3 rooms, only 1 had lukewarm shower and shampoo.
