best place for transfer..its on 3rd floor between Body shop and barber. if you check in late night and leave early morning. this is the best place to sleep.. Room does not have window or Ac remote controler. room is bit cold.

How is this place rated so highly? I am not sure. I just had a 6 hour stay at the hotel and here is my review. The bed is very comfortable and plush. The location is a bit hard to find at first but is on the departure counter level close to the domestic counters. Not too far from the KFC. My major problem here was the noise. There was banging construction type of noise the entire night and very audible in the room making it difficult to rest. The portable air conditioner while weak it did work. But it also made so much noise as portable air conditioners do. And then in the morning the shower was stone cold water. And tried running for a few minutes too, no warm water.

The room didn’t have central AC and the portable one installed right next to the bed is incredibly noisy. There’s no way anyone would be able to sleep with that much noise. The staff was kind and tried to change my room, but the other room that supposedly had central AC was too hot. I’m not sure how this hotel managed to get a 4+ stars rating honestly. Wouldn’t recommend it at all. Might be worth booking the other one ahead of time as it gets fully booked pretty quickly.

This place is a nightmare. Location is excellent because it’s within Terminal 3, great for a short transit and people are kind. But everything else is just traumatizing. I could not sleep the whole night. I feel like it’s a moral obligation to tell others to stay away! 1- the room doesn’t have a functioning air conditioning. They know about it and provides a portable AC which is super noisy and not efficient. Room is hot and stuffy, I was gasping for air!! Funny thing is that in the alley and entrance, the AC seems to work perfectly 2- the air conditioning system brings weird smells starting from smoke smell to cooking smell- and you can’t turn it off 3- worst part is the noise. Sometime at midnight there was horrible construction noise literally shaking the whole place for hours straight
