Loved the theme and design of the hotel. The staff were amazing and went beyond our expectations and we appreciate the extra effort very much. The rooms were clean, tidy & quiet. Breakfast was very good. (Unfortunately, got a fine for using a bus lane, as I had to reverse from the drop-off zone because a taxi in front of us was blocking exit forwards - be warned :D )

It is a lovely location, minutes from Borough Market and London Bridge station. Perfect for Tate Modern and the Globe Theatre, within 3 minutes on foot. The room was small but perfectly functional and clean. We loved the decor throughout, it was quirky and trendy enough to delight a tough-to-impress teen. The only minus point for us was breakfast: a perfectly fine cold buffet but we would have loved a full English option to set us up for the day. Thankfully there are loads of food options nearby, but that's a shame as breakfast is included.

About a 10 minute walk from the London Bridge Tube station, and an 8 minute walk from Borough Market. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The receptionist saw I was tired after my flight and checked me in early, which was greatly appreciated. The free breakfast is great, but I wouldnt have minded a little variety day to day. Not a huge issue. There is no fridge in the room, but it wasn't that big of a deal. There was also no hair dryer, but I was able to manage. The room was clean and comfortable, and well decorated (even my friend complimented when they came by to visit). My only issue was that the thermostat was locked and I couldn't make the room cooler than 23 degrees C. That's VERY hot, especially when you're trying to sleep. It would have been nice to be able to drop it to 20 degrees, plus it would save on the heating bill. Just hoping next time the hotel allows for some adjustments to the temp. Overall I would stay here again! It was good value for the money and the staff are really great.

I stayed for one night on a business trip, but I wish it could've been longer. The hotel is in a fantastic location close to the Borough Market and London Bridge, which has excellent views down the Thames. The hotel is very modern and quirky, and the room was excellent. It was refreshing to stay in a hotel with a window that could be opened to let in fresh air, as opposed to most hotels which only have a pre-set ventilation system. I slept really well and didn't want to leave in the morning. The hotel was really good value, especially for London. Breakfast was ok, but very much focused on sweet breads and pastries with a small continental selection. There were no traditional English options here which was somewhat of a surprise. Overall I would recommend this hotel for both leisure and business trips.
