Tucked in the corner of two streets, it’s only a short distance from the regional train station exit. Room is clean and if you have a window towards the train tracks don’t fret the windows are thick enough to muffle the sounds of the passing trains. My wife and I slept well. Bathroom was narrow for my taste how it was still perfect for my one day transition hotel. Breakfast was included in my purchase which was worth it, good spread of bake goods to cold meats cheese to your warm foods. Ample amount of space in the galley and a children’s nook in the lobby with toys. Overall I had great experience with ibis styles hotels.

Very happy with this hotel. The proximity with the tracks was not an issue. The hotel being in a dead-end street there was no car traffic nor people in the street. The service was very nice. The breakfast was correct. They even had gluten bread and biscuits.

Uncomfortable beds and lack of kettle makes it for rather bad hotel compared to other ibis styles hotels that I’ve stayed at. Also elevator makes a rather horrible grinding noises which does not inspire confidence. Shower is good and so is the hotel staff and lobby

We had a room for 3 people on the ground floor (500). The room was divided into two separate areas (no door). The beds were comfortable, and the airco was good, but the room itself and the bathroom were a little dated. Breakfast was tip top! And service by the front desk was fine. I have rated the location with 2 stars. It's a convenient location if you need to be close to the train station, but to be honest, we found this part of Naples to be very grimy and dirty, and I would not stay in this area again. (I would rather stay elsewhere and make my way to the station from a different neighbourhood if I would need to be by the station).

The hotel was great, staff nice, good room, tasty breakfast but the location, near the main train station, has its pros and cons. Pros - everything is easily accessible, near the shops, market, metro, great for reaching meeting points for excursions / the airport bus etc. Cons - dirty neighbourhood, rubbish on the smelly streets nearby, social issues also need to be addressed in this part of town. Can feel a bit unsafe at night.
