Great hotel, more like a 4star ⭐⭐⭐⭐. Really helpful team, well sized, clean rooms in a unique setting. Only just up the road from the two main shopping areas in Naples

Excellent little hotel. We had booked an Airbnb than turned out to be very different (not in a positive way) that it's description. We stumbled upon this hotel and the receptionist Enrico helped us out and found us 2 rooms. Great service and attention ( kudos to Susi as well for her helpful tips), rooms very clean, spacious ( we were in 5), super location next to Metro Dante and easy 5 mins walk to Via Toledo and pretty much every where else is within a 20 mins walk. Archeological Museum around the corner basically. Great city Napoli. Full of history, great food, plenty of places to visit nearby. If Napoli were cleaner, it would be an absolute gem.

Nice modern and cozy hotel in a good location, however we are deducting one star for the unpleasant smell of paint in the room, the hum of the transformer and the poor wifi signal (room 108). We were asked to change rooms, but the other smelled even worse, so we returned to our original room. On the plus side - good location, safe area. Newly refurbished, beautiful communal terrace and buffet breakfast. It is better to come to breakfast early, as the delicious food ends by 9.30. Very friendly and nice staff. Good quality of room cleaning, comfortable temperature, spacious room.

Four nights here and it's much nicer than it looks from curbside. I had a basic single room that met my needs. A secure door. Quiet. Decent bathroom. My complaints are minor. The shower is smaller than a phonebooth but there was plenty of hot water. The room safe is not big enough to secure a laptop computer. Work desk was good. Mini-fridge and hot water kettle worked fine. Wifi was good. The room was definitely quiet. I would stay here again. Breakfast wasn't too fancy but it was good. Coffee needed serious help but the pastries and continental options were great.
