There's no elevator and the bathrooms are very small but the hotel is clean, its near the Cathedral and the guy who works at the reception was very kind. 10/10 would recommend

For the price (EUR 50 a night), great. Room small, but clean - mine had a fantastic view of the cathedral. Location is perfect.

The hotel was very clean, the room was large enough, and the bathroom was sufficient. There are several reviews that complain about the lack of elevator, however this fact is made clear on the website, and should come as no surprise. We had a 4th floor room with a view of the cathedral, and it was lovely. There's a convenient public parking lot at the end of the block that charges 15 euro a day at the time of this review.

You can find near the hotel a public parking name "Parking of the Cathedral" (15.00 € for 24h00) or parking spaces in the streets (3.80 € per ticket of 2h00 maximum, free between 19h00 and 09h00 and all day the sunday. A small hotel that doesn't have elevator but have the cathedral view. 3 min walk from hotel to cathedral

Very competitive rates for a city-centre hotel, easy walking distance to all the attractions of Rouen, and a magnificent view of the cathedral from my window.
