Very kind owner and stay was very good slept well

Structure: Well equipped, very welcoming; Service: Friendly, helpful and efficient; Location: About 2km from the Royal Palace of Caserta. We found this property on Booking and booked it for New Year's Eve. Our choice fell on this B&B above all because it offered the possibility of parking the car in a courtyard equipped with an automatic gate, so we could be more calm from possible sets of fireworks and the like... The structure consists of a beautiful spacious apartment with 4 bedrooms: 2 with en-suite bathrooms and 2 with external bathrooms (the latter were the ones in which we stayed overnight: a double and a double). The bedrooms are located on the first floor, on the ground floor there is the common area consisting of a very spacious eat-in kitchen. The furniture is very modern as is the fully automated access and closing system of the gate and door. In the rooms we found snacks, biscuits and coffee capsules for the machine in the kitchen. We really enjoyed our stay, the only flaw we would like to point out is that the bathroom in the double bedroom perhaps needs a bit of maintenance, especially the shower (the only reason why we gave the property 4 stars and not 5) . However, for just one day we used the other bathroom which turned out to be MUCH more spacious and the shower very comfortable. For breakfast, a tart, a cake, some struffoli and fruit were available on the peninsula, and in the fridge there were fruit juices and milk. Apart from that small parenthesis in the bathroom, otherwise nothing to say!
