The stay at Indulge Porto Flats was okay, but nothing more. We booked the penthouse for our group of 5. We entered to find the sofabed made for us, which was quite nice. It is also a great location. The negatives are that the bathroom in the master ensuite desperately needs a remodel. You can see the floor around the shower had water damage and the shower itself was stained. The shower also does not have any privacy as the wall is translucent into the bedroom. We were given only 1 towel per person for a 3-night stay. The towels seemed a bit tired and worn out. The bedding was clean and fine, but definitely not high-end or luxury bedding. I also called quite a few days the day prior to check-in to get check-in instructions. I also sent a WhatsApp message. None of these inquiries were returned, so I can't imagine how one is supposed to get ahold of the managers in an emergency. I finally got a response when I messaged the property via the booking engine and was told they do not get the travelers email when booked via Expedia. I would recommend this accommodation for budget travelers but not anyone expecting a luxury stay. This is my fault for assuming a "penthouse" would be high-end.

Nice and very spacious. Very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. We will come back to explore Porto better. A car park very close to the apartment (you have to pay) The building smelt of dump.

Great Location. Quite neighborhood. Excellent renovation. We were not expecting to have so much space! Just amazing idea with space splitting! Really nice and responsive host!
