I stayed 4 days and 3 nights at the hotel. The Mongolian theme attracted me. That's why I booked to stay in the hotel. The staff are very friendly and very cooperative. The evening sessions of the traditional Mongolian music Band plays a very nice music in the lobby. I would like to mark a special thanks and appreciation for the chef who personally paid a genuine effort to prepare a special dish during the breakfast upon my request without any hesitation. The other person that I would like to thank is Wang Lehwa, who was taking care of the room and providing a wonderful room service. I will definitely stay again in the hotel during my next visit to Beijing.

Very nice hotel and typical of most in that the lobby is spectacular with rooms that are pretty much the same as similar hotels globally. Staff are very helpful and any language barrier easily overcome through a mix of technology and mime! Food is a decent mix of traditional and western so should be something for everyone. Good location, 5 minutes walk from Dongdan subway station on line 1 putting you minutes from the centre of Beijing and easy reach of most of the major tourist attractions.

Stayed here for 8 nights on a recent trip to Beijing. Very convenient location, close to Subway lines 1 and 2 which makes getting around Beijing very easy. Several large shopping malls and lots of restaurants within an easy walking distance. There were several staffers who spoke English and were helpful with questions and checking in and out. Staff were helpful and moved our room when some construction on the street kept us up several nights in a row. We got breakfast included in our stay, and the food is decent but if you don't eat first thing in the morning the food is cold and feels like it's been left out for hours without heat. The hotel itself is classy and the rooms are clean and updated. We got a great deal and would definitely stay here again. Only mark against them was that the wifi didn't work, even when they specifically gave us a router in our room.

Great hotel, with big bedrooms and super confortable beds. The breakfast is excellent, with a buffet that offers a big variety of food, to satisfy every kind of palate. The only small problem is that you have to cross the street on the side of the hotel, if you want to stop a taxi by yourself. The metro stop is 5 minutes walking from the hotel and the area is very safe. I would definitely come back.
