The room looks NOTHING like the pictures. Everything feels greasy and dirty, and it seems like they used the same sheets for 30 years. There are better hostels in the locations for the same price or slightly more, it’s not worth saving 40 euros.

My room is nothing like the one shown in their website. It's tiny. The bathroom is crowded. The goid thing it's only the sleeping in. I have septiembre on the bedspread. The bed is not appealling for me. I brought a blanket which I use to cover me. The staff is very good and helps in everything you need like How do I get to .....

Very small rooms, but clean and comfy. Slow elevator, take the stairs. Great staff. Good value

I booked two weeks before my trip to Madrid and the same day they took the money from my bank account but the problem is that i received a mail that is saying that my booking is not confirmed so i wanted a full refund but I didn't get any information about who to contact. I booked on 9 October and my booking was for 30 October, i paid 45,40€ for two people. Please contact me.

I can only say that the Double Room for alone person is great. The distance to real heart of madrid and Puerta del sol and major plaza is under 100 meters on foot and its amazing. Its also very cheap. If you want ti travel like alocal and backpack its the best choice. But except the room and the location you should know the building and outer room services is like and very old tiny apartment-not appreciating- and the Double Room for two persons may be not proper.
