The hotel is excellent. The service was great, the lobby and rooms are spacious and beautiful, and the restaurant had good food, drinks, and service. The are several fast elevators. The location seems like a nice area, although it's a bit far from the airport.

This was my 1st stay t the InterContinental. I was impressed with the valet, door service, room service, and ambiance of the hotel. I did not understand the refrigerator usage as in it was fully stocked with alcohol but no where to put your own products. I heard that most rappers stay here so I wanted to feel like a VIP. This place made me feel that way. Highly recommend.

Service was good. All employees super nice. My room is very nice. Two issues I have 1) no breakfast at hotel or in entire area before 7. Up at 5, conference by 6a. Nowhere to eat. #2) the hotel has older carpet throughout. Specifically near elevator ground floor and up. It made it extremely hard to pull suitcase across and I'm younger and stronger than most occupants. I couldn't get a coffee before 7a either. Like the whole town doesn't wake up early? Anyway- beautiful hotel. Pics attached.

The location, staff, and service were all phenomenal. My complaint really is with the bed itself and the sound that travels from room to room. I had booked a night here for my husband and I to get some rest as we have a one year old. I was really hoping for a comfy bed and pillows to fall into and snooze away. Unfortunately the bed was pretty firm. And, the pillows seemed disproportionally small. It just basically let me down. I had also decided to take advantage of the giant tub. I just wanted to soak and relax with a glass of wine. While I was in there, though, I could literally hear people’s conversations from another room.

The room was beautiful. The lounge was also amazing. I'm penalizing the overall experience due to the self parking situation. It wasn't working properly the weekend I stayed. I had to back out of the exit gate area the 1st time I tried to exit, which was incredibly difficult as the exit was around a curve. I eventually had to buzz someone to let me out because the system was saying I needed to lay $35 despite having already paid it as part of my hotel stay. Leaving became so problematic that we stopped trying. I brought this to the attention of the front desk but they were not able to resolve the issue.
